Healing One’s Shadow from Family Conditioning with Divine Feminine Energy and Womb Medicine

The modules in this course delineate a path to reclaim a woman’s wounded self-esteem, and every woman’s joy and birthright to be noble and divine. It runs for six weeks or 40 days, and it invites you to a 40-day challenge with the Kirtan Kriya Meditation. Each week has instructions for a Kundalini Yoga set and a Kundalini Yoga meditation.

Basic Kundalini Yoga Sets & Breathwork

This four-week course will show basic sets for beginner’s students and the breath types used in Kundalini Yoga.
